Considering translation options

I’m thinking about how to respond to the user’s request. I can ask whether they need an English translation, a Weibo post, or more background information. Maybe it’s helpful to provide a one-line English translation, along with a sample Weibo post or news lead. I'll keep it short, including a couple of headline variants, and ask for their preference. I also have to make sure not to fabricate any facts and remain neutral.
